First timer, everything was going okay until I got a letter from the IRS needing all documents and AGI. IRS gives 10 days or your taxes are voided. Cox and her assistant ignored my calls, numerous voicemails, text messages and never responded to any messages on the app! Cox gave me an excuse on day 8 that she’s been sick!?!?
