I have had nothing but positive experiences at VIP Tanning and I have been going here for several years. I come from Rochester Hills to tan; it takes me 15-20 minutes to get there but I find it is worth it. I don’t want to bash other salons but I tried Chili Peppers in Rochester Hills but I didn’t like it as much as I like VIP. The only thing I don’t like, and it’s not a reflection of the salon at all, is the price of the tanning lotions. I would give 0 if I could :/. The time actually tanning was fine it just came to cancelling my membership that was the issue. I went in April 1st and asked for my membership to be cancelled since it always renews on the 5th, and there is no other way to cancel besides going in or calling. On the 5th I was still charged because they have you put a card on file, I called back on the 6th and asked the lady why I was charged when I asked the employee days prior to cancel it.. she said her management team would call.
