I scheduled an appointment for today and 7 pm. I called to make sure they do cuts on 2 year olds. And they responded with well we tried to call you earlier to try to do the appointment tomorrow. Mind you they did not leave any sort of voicemail text message nothing. Very unprofessional. Terrible staff all together

This was the very first time we’ve ever went to VIP and let me just say….it was the absolute BEST experience we’ve ever had in a salon with my little guy. Ms. Trina was beautifully amazing! She not only took my little guy as a walk in, she made him happy. She was very energetic, very nice and spoke with all of us the whole time we were there. We live over an hr away and I’ve already said my little guy won’t be seeing anyone else for his hair cuts. I’ll drive him over an hr away just to be able to be seen with Ms. Trina! Than... read more

Excellent salon! Very kind and personable with my daughter when she had her hair braided. Excellent staff. Very welcoming! A 5 star experience all around! Rose and Trina were both amazing!

Amazing experience! Have been searching for a stylist who works with bi racial hair for years now. Found her!!! She’s a keeper! Personable, kind, patient and great with hair! While my teenager was getting his hair 2 strand twisted, by Trina, I was able to relax in a super comfy recliner. Made my day so much easier. I will be bringing both of my kids back! So glad we found Trina at VIP in the Florence Mall!
