I had my procedure at the beginning of May. It was my first time coming here. At first the staff was really nice, everything was going well. Then came time for my IV to be put in. I’ve generally always been a hard stick because I do dialysis I am extremely dehydrated. Not sure what her name was but it was a lady with thick brows and an accent, she wasn’t very friendly and couldn’t stick me. Currently in office as we speak with my elderly father for a consult for him. Appointment time was scheduled for 10:30am it is 11:52am and we are still waiting to be seen. Hope bedside manner is damn good cause the wait time is ridiculous. Took time off of work to be here for this!
I have been waiting almost a year now for any procedure to be done. The lack of communication and the extremely long time it takes for them to submit an authorization is beyond me. I have left several messages and emailed the office about my authorization status and I get no return call or communication. I am in pain I’m not going there for fun and they just don’t seem to care.
