Worse experience I have ever had. First my appointment kept getting moved. Then on the third of July I had a trial injection for a pain pump. Doctor roper seemed in a hurry jammed the tube down my spine and I felt the worse pain ever and he says oops then does it again. He then says go lay down for 15 minutes so we can monitor you. I walked to the next room before I could even sit down he’s asking if it worked. I said I can’t tell you just did it. Then nurse says ok well your ready to leave I didn’t lay there or anything. Had to come here for an urgent blood patch in my spine. The dr and nurses poked me 5 times with 22 and 20 gage needles trying to get blood and left bruises. During the procedure I could feel everything in my back because I wasn't adequately numbed. I was screaming and asking why I could feel everything. And had to start biting myself to numb the pain. I hope I never have to go through that nightmare again.
They do a good job but I used to be able to call in and schedule an appointment the same week if needed for paracentisis. They said they are booked. As far as I know this is the only place around to get this procedure done that I need done. Usually you do not know when you are going to need this procedure it could just pop up. Now calling in every week now and getting told the next available is the following Monday 7 days away.
