Great dentist!!! Dr Jackson made me feel very comfortable and gave great service
save your receipts because she will be sending you a bill 3 years later and send it to collection. I had service done 2021 ago and paid it after service. Now 2024 she sends me a bill for $55 from 2021 and is going to send to collection. Her reason for bill is because insurance did not pay it. Well, Why was not said to me back in 2021? I have to spend time checking my records to see what all I paid to her back in 2021.
I just had the worst customer service experience ever at this office and from the lady that answered the phone she stated she was the office manager. She answered the phone with the whole verbiage of the practice. So, then I asked her may I ask whom I'm speaking with and again you called VIP Smiles which I was totally aware of and explained that to her. I then asked who I am speaking with again! She would not provide her name and to make a long story short! She then rudely hung up on me.
Beautiful and professional with awesome skills!!! I greatly recommend!!
