I inquired with this company on The Knot and they provided a graphic which indicated the price was “all inclusive”, then sent an invoice with an additional charge, which, in my opinion, is false advertising. When I messaged them about this, they blocked me on The Knot. Super unprofessional business practice with both of those actions.

I am deeply disappointed with the heartless response my friend received from this company. After being diagnosed with breast cancer and needing to cancel her dream wedding to undergo intensive treatments, she reached out to all her vendors. Every single one showed compassion and offered partial or full refunds—except this company. Despite numerous attempts to find a resolution, she was met with the shocking and appalling comment, "your situation turned out for the worse," and was offered no refund. The professionalism I experienced with this shuttle company exceeded my expectations. Jermaine was very pleasant and respectful. Some of my guests were nervous about the ride and Jermaine made sure to reassure them that their safety was his top priority. He even drove a little under the speed limit to keep them comfortable and at ease. I have a lot of elders in my family and he also helped them on and off the shuttle while making sure their seatbelts were on properly and securely.
