My experience was not good at all with Jermaine. He booked a ride with SamsLimo for a wedding — there were 4 van rides: 2 transfers from the hotel to the venue and 2 back from the venue to the hotel. We completed all the rides properly, but after that, Jermaine stopped answering our calls. Till date, he has not picked up the phone, and our invoices are still pending. We were affiliates of VIP Shuttle and booked this ride based on our good relationship and trust. Unfortunately, this is what we got in return for our trust.

I inquired with this company on The Knot and they provided a graphic which indicated the price was “all inclusive”, then sent an invoice with an additional charge, which, in my opinion, is false advertising. When I messaged them about this, they blocked me on The Knot. Super unprofessional business practice with both of those actions.

I am deeply disappointed with the heartless response my friend received from this company. After being diagnosed with breast cancer and needing to cancel her dream wedding to undergo intensive treatments, she reached out to all her vendors. Every single one showed compassion and offered partial or full refunds—except this company. Despite numerous attempts to find a resolution, she was met with the shocking and appalling comment, "your situation turned out for the worse," and was offered no refund.
