Find a new admin who can answer the phone politely and send out invoices on a regular basis. You should also notify customers before you raise prices.

Terrible company! They failed to pick up our trash two weeks in a row and kept giving us the run around. The office lady said her “drivers didn’t respond to her, so they will most likely not pick up our trash today”. Would NOT ever recommend.

Worst services I've ever experienced. Literally would pick up my trash whenever they felt like it, which means once a month really instead of every Monday like they told me they would. Also never answers their phone. Lady was very rude. Would never recommend to anyone!
