Booked a sedan to the airport for an early flight, was able to easily book and pay (in full) online...only to receive a call from them after the fact saying that they charge a 2 hour minimum that would cost me an additional $50. Ok, not ideal but I would be willing to pay the additional cost...then they proceed to tell me that they don't have a sedan available and they could do an SUV for 3x the cost of what I already paid/ booked. I booked a Holiday Lights Tour. The company was very good about getting back to me immediately with details and booking info. I opted for a full-sized SUV and the Lincoln Navigator suited that very well! Our driver, Jason, was on-time and extremely pleasant! He knew where the best lights were and was a very good communicator. He was also a very experienced driver. I'll do it again!
