Jim completed the repairs ahead of schedule and was great with communication. It was very refreshing being able to count on Jim and his crew at VIP. We went camping the weekend after picking up our RV and steps were working, our big slide was sliding and the hydraulic jacks were all working good as new. Thanks for a great job!
