Customer service is impeccable. The staff are so patient, understanding, and accommodating. If you want to spend an hour in the shop and look through every carpet there is, they will patiently help you. If you want to exchange your carpet because you didn’t like the last one, they will do that. If you want a reasonable deal, they’ll match prices are needed. Amazing people, reasonable deals, and beautiful carpets!
