Honestly, 5 out of 5 stars. I heard an ad on the radio for a free roofing inspection and gutter cleaning. I went ahead and gave them a call for the house I was purchasing within the next month. They sent out a rep within two days. While I didn't get the free gutter cleaning, I was given a professional inspection of the roof and wasn't pushed to purchase. The VIP team did a great job communicating throughout the project. They helped ensure they would get my Mom's roof was completed in one day. The crew stayed until 9pm making sure everything was cleaned up before they left.
Very nice group to work with. Our 1st time ever needing a roof and everything was completely taken care of. They helped pick out everything we needed and suggested nothing that we didn't need to raise the price.
