Had these guys sort out a roof restoration for us and I’ve got to say, the whole job went smoother than I expected. They turned up on time, checked over everything properly, and explained what needed doing before getting started. You could tell they cared about doing it right, not just rushing through. They even wrapped up a day earlier than planned, which was a nice surprise. Price felt fair for the quality we got, and the roof’s looking spot on now. Solid 5 stars from me.

VIP Roofing Brisbane did an outstanding job on our roof restoration. They inspected everything thoroughly, used top-notch materials, and finished ahead of schedule without cutting corners. Noticed a section of the roof creaking whenever the wind picked up, so I asked Dave to come take a look. He found a couple of small things I hadn’t even noticed and explained clearly what was causing the noise. The weather wasn’t ideal, with showers on and off, so they waited for a dry break before getting started. Once they got into it, everything was handled neatly and without any fuss. Had the team come out for a roof job and honestly, they did more than I thought they would. They didn’t just throw new tiles up; they helped pick a colour and style that actually fit with the garden and the whole feel of the house. I liked how they worked carefully around the plants and garden beds instead of just trampling through. They even pointed out a few little things I hadn’t spotted before and fixed them on the spot. Everything looks fresh now, and the house has a really clean, finished look to it.

Called them to check a section of the roof that had been creaking in strong winds. The guy, Dave, pointed out a couple of minor issues I hadn’t noticed before. They had to wait a little while for the right moment between showers, but they were professional and explained everything clearly. The work itself was neat and tidy, and I feel confident the roof is safe now. It took a bit longer than I expected, but I appreciated how patient they were with all my questions.
