Tony and his crew did a fabulous job with our project after we had a major water leak. They showed up when they said they would and did great work. This is the second time we’ve worked with Tony and we highly recommend them.

I had a bathroom ceiling leak from unit above - had black mould and with Tony and his crew got it treated and looking brand new - George did a fantastic job - everyone was professional and friendly - 10/10 highly recommend for any job your home may need!! Thanks again Tony and George and Mike for getting my bathroom fixed!

Wow! Totally recommend VIP Property Restorations Ltd. The waterline to our refrigerator failed this morning (Father's Day Sunday 2025). We quickly turned off the water source but noticed damage to our hard wood floors and baseboards. We called our insurance agent and they contacted VIP. That very same day Tony telephoned us and said that he was going past our home on his way so he could pop in and take a look. SAME DAY! Tony took a look and advised us of our options. I highly recommend VIP Restorations Ltd. I had a significant issue from a leak of a skylight which required a extensive repair job. Tony and Sara co-ordinated with insurance company regarding all the repairs needed making it a stress free experience. Numerous trades were required, all were professional, highly skilled, friendly and showed up on time. I had full confidence in them and they did not disappoint.
