Would give ZERO STARS. The listing agent (Jan) needs to be more careful about pocket dialing our agent while we were being shown a property today. She was ACTIVELY stating to the seller how much she did not like us. Seems pretty unprofessional in my opinion.
Ours was a complicated adventure: we had a contingency offer on a place where issues showed up and had to be handled with an absentee owner. In addition, the people buying our old home were a nightmare. Heather took care of everything in this rollercoaster and kicked butt. She handled a dozen issues simultaneously and never ran out of steam. Six stars out of five.
