Gary the owner/service engineer does it all. And does it right, we had a complete overhaul of our equipment the brand we had before had run it's course. Part after part were starting to fail. We contacted VIP Pool Service we told Gary the owner that we weren't so happy with our prior brand, it worked well but could be confusing. I was looking for something a little easier for my wife and me to operate.
