When another company cancelled on me at the last minute (because it was raining, at their office, not at my home?!) VIP came through in a pinch! I was having a get together for the 4 th with family and friends and needed the Ceptic tank pumped out. They were courteous and quick. The tech they sent out did a great job for a good price!
