Extremely fast response time especially on a weekend. Great customer service and Dillion Whittet prompt in his arrival, knowledgeable and friendly. He inspected my hot water heater and found the issue, had an estimate and available tank to replace my leaking water heater within a few hours. That included the drive to and from the city for the new unit. He cleaned up after the job was done and was just very courteous and explained everything clearly.
