Used VIP plumbing a few years ago during an emergency toilet near overflow situation occurring before I had to leave for work, the guy arrived cordially & promptly, but charged me $389 and left without solving a simple clog in my plumbing, instead wanted to return for more diagnostic testing which would cost another few hundred. John answered his phone very late in the snow and ice and came out to find and fix a big leak in my yard. He went above and beyond in this cold weather and came back the next morning to finish up! So grateful for his hard work and willingness to help when no other plumber would even attempt to help!
