Did “save a spot” online. No sure what the purpose of this was as there were several clients ahead of me when I arrived at the time they opened. They were treated in order of arrival whether they registered or not. Second, I presented a coupon and it was not applied, I had to contact customer service. And while this location comes 1x monthly and had hours during my work hours preventing me to come in, I was about 19 days late to get the vaccines and was told to come back for boosters in a month, even though guidelines change... read more

I was very pleased how my 2 dogs were treated. They received vaccinations. Taco will be on a little diet. His regime was discussed

Excellent Care! My Olivia was very well take care of. She has seasonal allergies and they had the treatment that made her comfortable. I love the fact you can walk in and be seen right away. Sometimes you do have to wait but it's worth the wait as Dr. Chelsea Kinter and her team are fantastic. Dr. Kinter explained things thoroughly which was so nice.
