2026: DO NOT order your heartworm prevention at your appointment. They no longer process the results there. They send them out. This results in your order being canceled about 4 days later, the next day the results were available. I called the 800# for the "pharmacy" end 5 days later. I should have been refunded for the meds, I was not. I needed to go online and reorder them, which means paying again. I used to love it here until nearly their entire program was taken away and defunded…. now they only have a clinic on Thursdays from 4-6 with a ridiculously rude “head vet”. I used to take my cats here, and I recently took my family’s dog here in search of some bloodwork as his health was drastically declining, and no “full service vet” was willing to take him as they won’t accept “new patients”… including the vet that he had seen years prior. It was wonderful I love bringing my animals there they are nice to them patient and honest with you
Wait times are away to log to just get some shots. Staff was great, but 2+ hours waiting. I"d rather pay the extra at the vets for my time back. Other than that, I have no complaints.
