Went to microchip my 8 month old Frenchie within a 1/2 hour the chip came out. they didn't put it between the shoulder blade put it down in her back, when I went back they were trying to make excuses that I left her harness on. I was like you had no problem taking her leash off and you should have told me that the harness was in the way, didn't even offer any refund of any amount. I usually don’t go out of my way to write bad reviews. Unfortunately, the lack of professional courtesy was baffling. After waiting 2 and a half hours, multiple assurances that we would be seen by the end of office hours, we were told that wasn’t the case at 705. My problem isn’t with the fact that we were not seen but the fact that so much time was wasted in the process. The number of patients did not change, the complexity of patients did not change.
