They used to be excellent at the willowick location until they changed and only did specific package shots now. The crew that they had willowick was awesome until they let all of them go and just have people that don't care anymore.

Amazing service and prices. Make sure you register online before hand. Staff were on top of everything, very kind, and very knowledgeable!

I received a coupon current coupon from v I p petcare.When I presented it to the attendant, he informed me that you no longer take coupons irregardless if it came from vip pet care. Totally unacceptable will not return?My calls leaves you waiting online for over thirty minutes . When I did get through after waiting at least a 1 hour and explained it to the woman she agreed, we sent the coupons. They absolutely should have taken Em. I went to check my dog out for a possible ear problem. They just gave her shots, not requested but needed but I really couldn't afford. Never got an answer except a possible infection and might need a prescription. But should get from a vet. Then $153 later and no real results and no 30% duscount off for a coupon. I left and do not plan on going back. We were rushed in and out and not happy. AND not going back.
