I received a coupon current coupon from v I p petcare.When I presented it to the attendant, he informed me that you no longer take coupons irregardless if it came from vip pet care. Totally unacceptable will not return?My calls leaves you waiting online for over thirty minutes . I went to check my dog out for a possible ear problem. They just gave her shots, not requested but needed but I really couldn't afford. Never got an answer except a possible infection and might need a prescription. But should get from a vet. Then $153 later and no real results and no 30% duscount off for a coupon. I left and do not plan on going back. We were rushed in and out and not happy. AND not going back.
It was quick and easy! And questions I asked were answered. I’m glad my friend recommended me here.
It was fine. I had made an appointment so I didn't think I would have to stand in line. Not the way it worked apparently. The greeter was very nice. The costs were higher than I anticipated.
