SAFETY : MY DOG YORKIE, HUGE BLACK DOG RUSHED AT MY DOG AND OWNER COULD HARDLY HOLD HIM, THEN AT PAYMENT DESK HE SLIPPED OUT HIS COLLAR, AGREESIVE WHEN OTHER DOGS CAME NEAR. Since they make you get a reservation which is actually irrelevant I could’ve just walked in and got serviced. I was there from 540pm until 735pm. I honestly don’t understand why they got rid of all their locations. To wait that long after I made a reservation was unacceptable. However, they were quick once I got back there. I have to go back to get my dog 2 more vaccinations and his heart warmer pills.

The vet tech and veterinarian were friendly, empathetic, and respectful. They treated my fur baby with compassion and professionalism.

Still waiting on intestinal parasite testing, but received quick friendly service and all vaccination certificates were emailed to me quickly. Both vet and tech were very loving, did a through wellness exam and cost is much less than going to regular vet. I will still take them to regular vet in the spring and to keep our status as a "customer" because the services of pet vets are limited to vaccinations for the most part, but I like the schedule we are on where the majority of their vaccines are due in the fall and we can s... read more
