The Vet and techs were very thorough. I was expecting a quick rabies shot for my cats but they gave a general exam beforehand and made suggestions for follow up care. Very please with their bedside manner.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my dog here for an ear infection, not knowing that VIP Petcare changed their services and no longer provides this. From the minute we walked in, we were met with complete hostility from the employee who checks you in and were told that we should have waited to come inside. I was cut off when I mentioned an ear infection and told that service isn’t provided and we would have to go elsewhere.
