Avoid! Apparently when nothing is wrong and you just need an inspection, they will create a problem to make some money. Literally watched them tug on fenders and door jambs until one broke and then needed repair. Took to another garage immediately.

Shout out to VIP on Stillwater in Bangor for your piss poor customer service and your drugged out employees. Called from waterville on our way back to Bangor and scheduled to have tires changed at 4:30. Showed up and they said they'd get it right in, the proceeded to tell me they couldn't change the tires because the wheels were aftermarket, and then that the wheel spacers needed to be removed ( I told the tech to take them off if that's what his heart disired), and the because the tires weren't the factory size tire for the... read more

I went in for a simple repair and they found a million things that was wrong with it after I've had two mechanics look at it and tell me that there is nothing wrong in my car other than needing an alignment they suck
Today was the worst service. Went in for a flat repair and the tech started looking at the wrong tire after I let the sales person know that the flat was in the trunk. The the tech couldn't be bothered to put the spare back right. I had to mention it to the sales person. Even after the tire was placed I the correct spot. When I got home the cover was placed back correctly.
letting a young lady drive away on a deflating tire that could have de-rimmed and caused an accident. damaging the parts on her car then charging her for the parts and making her come back another day. to fix the tire that she was there to fix in the first place.
