I had to this establishment and found a very personal and professional experience dealing with Mike. He attended to my needs for my Toyota 4Runner and eventually outfitted the vehicle with a great set of Michelin tires . I am now a loyal customer and have referred my girlfriend to his location for additional service on her vehicle. All in all it was a pleasant experience and a very clean environment. The customer service aswell as the mechanical service is awesome!! I have been going to vip on Lisbon street when it was only vip,Ed and Magnus are great,they have always been super friendly and great to deal with,they have always treated me better than any other place, me and my wife will continue to go there for the best service thanks guys!!!!Â
I’ve had nothing but upstanding service. You never leave they’re not feeling safe driving away. Are willing to go above and beyond normal service to help you out if you just stop in. No complaints with VIP in Sanford Very please with John and his team.Â
