April 28, 2022 VIP in Claremont Nh has been for many years my go to for all my car needs: new tires, service. They always treated me right, performed prompt service. Yesterday I called because I realized I am overdue for an oil change and Jeremy immediately found a spot for me in their schedule. Thank you VIP Auto for your professionalism and excellence. Mandy T
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the managers at the Claremont, NH location. I brought my two young children with me to wait in the waiting area while all I needed was my winter tires switched to my summer tires. The assistant manager kept trying to sell me different things, an oil change, tune up, whatever, all before he decides to tell me that the person doing my tires had completely scraped one of my rims. He said he would buff it out in November(many months from now!) when I came back to switch my tires again... read more

I have been doing business with VIP for years now and have always been very very happy with their services. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. I bought tires from them and have my car serviced by them every time I need to. Their hours are great for me and they are super accommodating in fitting me into their busy schedule. My husband had a simple oil change there and they put oil in his the overflow tank when he went back to ask about making it right and replacing all necessary parts that could should be replaced to put the car back to good working order like it was before they touched it my husband was spoken to extremely disrespectfully by the store manager, then the district manager!! We worked with your husband and daughter and had a third party Jeep dealership do diagnostics for your vehicle and they concluded that it had a warped head gasket. Our technicians are human just like everyone else and can make mistakes, but we do stand by our mistakes and make them right. Over priced, even with the "sale". Staff doesn't know the meaning of customer service, with a condescending "take it or leave it" attitude.
Never get an oil change done here because they'll mistakenly put motor oil in your radiator and then blame it on you.
RecommendedTim was very helpful and accommodating. I had an emergency tire issue, and he fixed it in a very reasonable amount of time. I would recommend getting your tires there.
