Bad auto & customer service. Paul Cartwright, Service Manager, likes to stress that overheating is detrimental to engines (obviously). Yet, he didn’t ensure his team fixed my coolant leak properly. The so called “repair” failed and caused my engine to overheat AGAIN after I spent hundreds of dollars. Amazing service, great communication and reasonable pricing!
Seemed super pricey. I was told by NAPA there was a comprehensive inspection included with my oil change. That inspection was to include looking at the suspension. I was charged an extra $75 for getting my suspension inspected. The shops rate seemed steep at $150 an hour.
