I was a walk-in they took me immediately. You probably need to make an appointment, however it was on a Thursday about 2 pm. So they didn't seem too busy. Loved it, since I had a busy schedule. The salon was clean, and the employees were so cheerful. Absolutely loved this place! Didn't have time for a pedi, but the manicure was on point!

Super clean, really nice salon and super nice staff. The owner did my nails and did SO GOOD, and she did them in a good amount of time which was so impressive

I never really write reviews, but VIP Nails honestly deserves it. This is hands down the best nail salon in Rhode Island! I always go to Ashley, and she’s insanely good — super talented, precise, and always gets my nails exactly how I want them. The salon is clean, relaxing, and everyone there is so nice. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares about doing amazing work, this is it!!

the worst nail experience I've ever had. the girl smudged my toes, cut me with cuticle scissors, and started over each nail design 5-10 times on each nail. she seemed new, and couldn't do even one line without starting over. the lines weren't straight, the French tips I got weren't centered, and when I asked for a spider it looks more like a tick with 6 legs. I left absolutely fuming, and will never be going here ever again, and will just fix them myself.
