I have been going to VIP Nails & Spa in Apopka for over 10 years, and Yen consistently does an outstanding job. The team is always professional, welcoming, and they truly care about making sure every client leaves happy. I have been a customer at Vip Nails & Spa in Apopka off Rock Springs Rd. several times, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I asked about getting my eyebrows tinted, and the technician told me she couldn’t do it because of my skin color. That comment made me feel very uncomfortable and singled out. I have never been told anything like that at any salon before. No customer should ever feel like their skin color determines whether they can receive a service. Amy did my nails my last visit and was really fast and does really great designs! This is the only place I go to get my nails done and will recommend to everyone!! Yen is incredibly talented, she’s fast and does a beautiful job with shaping and designs.
I'm age 50 now. This was my first pedicure ever. I have to admit this was an amazing and a most relaxing experience. I picked the VIP. These young ladies really know how to pamper a client.
