I've gone to this nail salon on and off over the last three years. The last two times have been HORRIBLE. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is that the technician was very nice. Did a mediocre job on my pedicure and my manicure was even worse. I had to wait 65 mins with an appointment. I would have left, but I was going out of town the next day.
I’ve been coming here for years and always enjoyed my visits, but the last several months have been so disappointing. Every time I call to book, the men answering the phone are incredibly rude. They’ve gotten my appointments wrong, double booked the tech, and made me feel like my business doesn’t matter. Sadly, I won’t be coming back. I’ll miss Lynn, but I can’t keep dealing with this treatment.
7am pedicures are great! These folks are working so hard to stay open. Highly recommend getting up and out early when it’s cool and no wait! Can text their number to make appt. been coming here since they opened. Proud to support them and highly recommend!
