I just got a basic black gel today, I usually have a great experience but they dropped the ball on customer service today. No drink offered the water used for my nails was very cold and the only things said to me during my nails getting done where “you want gel” and “I’m sorry” for snapping a rubber band against my wrist that I keep on for use at work. The girl seemed very distracted/disinterested in the experience, hope this interaction was a one off honestly I usually have a pretty good experience.

Newest update: she asked me if I wanted my nails then I said no I’m very hard on my nails. I work in a bar industry and so they get beat up a lot and I need them to not break easily. I didn’t have to work last night but guess what I chipped one already this morning doing absolutely nothing. $170 for manicure and pedicure total with the tip I would like my nails to last at least three weeks I guess that’s too much to ask. I have been going to the salon for a very long time, and I just have to say that I am disappointed in how far gone the quality is. I am not gonna be calling out who done my nails because she was a very sweet pleasant person, but I am very disappointed of how much I paid versus what I’ve got.
