Had previously positive review due to Tim asking me to in front of him and I felt pressured. First my nails look good. But they don't look 150$ good. It was crazy. I got charged extra length 50$ and design 50$ and the set50$ not one time did anyone say a price even when I asked . I went in for a promo I told them I want a full set and Pedi and I got that. Pedicure was okay. No leg massage and the towels were too hot. Nails are very disappointing. My design is mediocre. Another tech who was done kept interrupting mine. My nails reflect the lack of attention and passion my nails were given. I couldn’t even enjoy the discount literally because they rushed to do my set after we had a set appt. I had a fantastic experience! This nails salon is spacious, clean, and well-staffed, allowing my friends and me to enjoy simultaneous manicures and pedicures during our pampering day. Tim stood out with his friendly demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, leaving my nails flawless. This was my first time doing the almond shaped, and Tim did an amazing work! I highly recommend VIP Nails for top-notch nail services in a welcoming environment.

I normally enjoy coming here because my regular manicurist always delivers great results—she’s professional, skilled, and actually makes the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, my recent visit with a different nail tech reminded me why I stick with her.
