i used to go here very frequently and loved their services, but recently they’ve done a very poor job. Almost all my nails fell off or chipped in less then a WEEK, i called and said something and they told me they would fix it free of charge. I was still charged. I won’t be going back

I’m honestly not sure how this place has 4 stars. I went twice and I’ll never go back. The first time, they did a good job on my pedicure but a horrible job on my nails. They charged me $150 for a pedicure with French tips, and a full set of short French tips. Which I feel like is pretty high but whatever. But the nails were horrible. Thick in places, paint was sloppy, and they fell off 9 days later. I went back just for a pedicure since they did fine on it before. Nope, they had people waiting so they rushed through it. So I went here early today I love the nails I got. You have to give a 6 dollar tip it’s required. They said over the phone nails would be 50 I left paying 66 plus the 6 dollar tip that they make you pay and they also burn your skin with the nail drill definitely won’t be going back.
