I’d leave 0 stars if I could. This is the worst nail salon. Got my nails done last week, they refused to do what I wanted because “it would cost me more”. Stay away from this place.
I got a pedicure and the tech, Merry cut me 3 times. One toe is so sore I can't wear shoes. Paid over 60 for this experience. And I go on vacation next week. Last chance for me
I’m a very loyal customer at this nail spa and the service is great, but my only complaint is that Holly, who might be one of the managers, is always on her cell phone talking and does not pay much attention to customers. When she did my pedicure, she stopped midway to pick up her phone, not once but multiple times.
These gals do a nice job most of the time. The male owner can be grumpy sometimes but on the whole it's a nice experience. Cindy and Alisa are both really good.
