I’m a very loyal customer at this nail spa and the service is great, but my only complaint is that Holly, who might be one of the managers, is always on her cell phone talking and does not pay much attention to customers. When she did my pedicure, she stopped midway to pick up her phone, not once but multiple times.

These gals do a nice job most of the time. The male owner can be grumpy sometimes but on the whole it's a nice experience. Cindy and Alisa are both really good.

I recently visited this salon for the first time 12/06/2025 my first nail came off 12/11/2025 less than a week .I was serviced by LYLY although she was a very nice young lady . I showed her how i normally get my nails and what I would like she was not able to find the correct acrylic after multiple attempts I even offered to just stop because I knew I would not like the outcome she insisted the final result would be what I showed her which it was not because she ended up using dip powder for base . I have been here 3-4 times since moving to Ennis and I absolutely love this place! I won't go anywhere else in Ennis for my nail needs. They listen to your requests and fulfill them above and beyond! Definitely recommend!!!
