This place is racist, my daughter and I went with my mom to get a manicure and pedicure. We were at the waiting area and not treated as customers. He kept taking people and skipping us, the audacity for him to not even apologize for his misbehavior and putting us aside. If he is the owner very disappointing.
I got a manicure, and Annie did an incredible job. I highly recommend them
this place was a favorite of mine, although i will not be coming back … the girl did my pedicure so bad and when i told the other employees i was unhappy with my service i essentially got laughed at and was told “she’s new”… im paying 65$ for a service and she cut all the toe nails differently all crooked and misshaped . very disappointed with the customer service, they gave me a “discount” and knocked it down to 45$ and i still tipped the girl even though she rushed and did not do a good job at all. very unhappy with this e... read more
I’ve gone to vip nails and spa a few times now, and each time my nails turn out amazing! I request Leo every time because he never fails to do an amazing job! I usually get the honeymoon spa pedicure and gel manicure, and each time they come out great. I love consistency! I’ve read some bad reviews on here, but I’ve never had one bad experience especially with Leo. My feet feel like a baby’s feet!
