I used to really like this place. Up until the last month or so and specifically yesterday! I made an appt, came in early, the girl at the desk (who was not their usual hostess) tells me the girl I made my appt with is now running 15 minutes behind. I said that was fine and that I could wait for the next available, she tells me no because they're completely booked until they close!! I was there at 3:20, they close at 7!!! I love V.I.P nails, after the business I used to visit for 9 yrs moved, I tried many locations and finally found a new home! Everyone here is sweet and friendly and most of all take their time taking good care of you. Don't ever want to go anywhere else.
