Worst manicure ever and very over priced for awful acrylics. Paint job was messy and I was cut/burned three times.
Went for the last time this morning. I went in for my eyebrows this afternoon, I didn’t have an appointment so I understood I had to wait. Waited way longer than I usually do (probably about 20-25 minutes even though it felt like longer) and the whole process was rushed, leaving me with uneven eyebrows. The woman that took me back did apologize, and at first I blew off the wait time because this was my usually spot. I love going to this place! They’re patient, amazing hygiene (that’s my top priority) and great technicians with class �
Been going here ever since I moved to Orlando. Great place and they make you feel welcome. Always do a GREAT job on my nails, I usually get acrylic. A little on the expensive side but it is worth it.
This place is awful. They cut/burnt 3 fingers on one of my daughters hands and it is the worst acrylic fill job she has ever had. She went here because her usual salon was booked and it was the worst mistake to go here. The paint job was just as bad. $88 later she has terrible bumpy acrylics, 3 cuts on one hand and a less than average pedicure.
This place is terrible. Do not waste your time or money. My pedicure was a mess, and the lady cut my toenails at the corners for no reason and it looks a awful. On top of that the manicure they said could be done, was not able to be done and I asked to switch it and I was told I was wasting their time. This place is a joke and they are extremely rude! Go to Crystals (formerly Rihanna's in the UCF plaza if you want great service and a wonderful experience!)
