Very disappointed with my experience today. I walked into the salon simply to have my extensions removed, and I was told, “We’re busy right now and we don’t have time for you.” Honestly, this is NOT an appropriate way to speak to a customer. I completely understand that a salon can be busy, but there are respectful and professional ways to communicate that.
