Horrible experience! There was absolutely nothing VIP about it whatsoever! The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The technicians do not wear gloves. The water for the pedicure was cold and was never corrected even after I complained. I had to stop the older man 3 times for filing my nail too deep, chipping my acrylic nails and for being too rough. A lady came over the first 2 times to see what the problem was. First time visiting. I don't get my nails done often but I was very pleased with this salon. The nail tech was very thorough and efficient with shaping and smoothing my nails. I've had lumpy nails done at previous salons so was hesitant but this was not that at all!

They're processed or reasonable, very good job.This is the first time in 15 years.My nails have not lifted.They've grown out for almost two months now , instead of three weeks they're the best use the owner tom is his name.

The Customer service was good, I really hate to leave a bad review but I went there yesterday and my pedicure is already chipping and peeling and the manicure they have my daughter has already come off, I paid $135 I expect for everything not to start peeling the next day, manicure looks good.
