New management Susan is awesome and amazing! The place is clean and wonderful looking!!!
What a nasty bunch of people. Three of the workers sat there eating lunch while some old Dude was getting his hair cut. Gross! Grey hair flying everywhere and they are working on their lunch like a bunch of hungry rats. Kim the lady hair cutter was great and did an outstanding job. They speak good English when they want but prefer to speak Vietnamese to each other. Very RUDE! My Only and last time going there!
Ha is by far the best I have ever been to. The other staff leaves much to be desired, makes fun of customers while they are sitting there, and the guy who cuts hair is a total joke. I watched him "cut" a ladys very long hair in one stroke while it was dry, stand back, look at it and declare he was done. I wish Ha would go work somewhere else but while she's there, I will endure whatever I have to to get the perfect nails she sculpts. I am new to Katy and needed my hair style and a pedicure. The owner Quyen was very polite and provided great customer service. I enjoyed my experience at VIP and recommend this place for anyone looking for great service.
