I love Carmen and Hollywood they are both so nice and make you feel like family and hollywood knows so much about what he does. He is really good at acrylics and gel acrylics. I’ve been going here since high school
Had pedicure today. Heels are rough. Polish is peeling 10 hours later. Technician never introduced her self by name. Reception area loaded full of boxes and crap. Girl collecting money tried to charge me for spa pedi when I had a classic pedi. My friend had Hollywood do her pedi but some girl finished it.
Hollywood is the most UNPROFESSIONAL jerk I have ever encountered. While I was having my manicure he approached the manicurist, who was doing a wonderful job, and started yelling at her about an unhappy customer. At first I didn't realize that he was talking about her since he is very difficult to understand. Full set was good. Went back for fill. I was on time for my appointment and had to wait 25 minutes so they could accommodate walk-in pedicures. Fill was rushed and gel top coat was so sloppy that it was peeling off and I had to get them re-painted 2 days later. And to make it even worse, it was my wedding weekend and I had to scramble to find a nail salon (out of town) to make them look presentable a few hours before my rehearsal dinner. Won't be back.

This is a great place! HOLLYWOOD is the best. Fixing my feet right up! He listens to how YOU want your nails shaped... unlike other salons! ;)
Wonderful. The best. Very happy with my nails and enjoy the time spent there.
