Edit to shop response: I called ahead for an appointment and specifically said I wanted my gel x melted off and do a regular gel manicure on my natural nails. I think you might have me mistaken with another customer. There was no confusion, I definitely communicated. I didn’t get serviced for 45 minutes, and then when they finally started melting off the nails I waited another 30. We were able to get appointments for two people on the same day. Originally scheduled just manicures but once we arrived we asked after they could also do pedicures. They worked Us in without any problems and the staff was very friendly and nice and very expert at doing their jobs. Their prices were very reasonable for the services rendered and I would highly recommend to anyone. P.S. The massaging pedicure chairs were wonderful!
