It started out well. I had my Pedi done first with a nail trimming and gel no chip polish. Then moved to the Mani. I requested the same no chip gel polish to match. And it's only been two days and my polish is chipping. The nail tech was going to use coconut lotion on me when I'd already said several times that I'm highly allergic to that and pineapple. I asked him to use something else and I had to literally ask him to go wash his hands. Which he did not do properly cuz now my wrists hands and forearms are paying the price.... read more

They tried reusing the same wooden sticks on me they’ve used on other people, they were double dipping so I cancelled halfway. The wax was so dirty and so was the machine. They did not seem concerned or surprised when I brought up the issues. Very unhygienic

It is sooooo filthy. Why is the health dept not looking into this? You could have infections, the layer of dust on the TV hanging on the ceiling is appalling. The dust and spills behind the pedi chairs is an absolute disgrace !!!! We went this week and their kid was annoying everyone, hitting the nail techs, messing with our services ,being a brat!!!!! Tracey wasn't watching him. We spent $120 and couldn't fully enjoy it. Not happy at all. Will not ever go back.
