If I could give a no star review, I would! Yen did my daughter’s nails. He refused to give her what she wanted and treated her horribly! He swore at her and then told her she better not tell anyone how he was to her. The way he treated her as a young teenager was borderline harassment. She left in tears. Worst experience ever. Do NOT get the male that works there (Yen I believe?). I showed him my inspo picture and he looked at it and said "What the hell is that". First red flag. He basically told me it would be to expensive and that he can't do it. So I just asked for a pink french tip with the gems still like the picture. He then told me "Gems will look bad. Great atmosphere and we walked in and right away attended us. Definitely coming back and recommend this place.
Let me start off by saying they are decent with toes but stay away for finger nails. This is so embarrassing. I asked for said picture and this is what I received for $70. The guy told me that that’s the best he can do and gave up. Not to mention as well that I wanted the shorter and the guy refused to make them shorter and made them pointy when I wanted round. Let me start out by saying, it’s not the worst experience I’ve ever had. I started out getting my pedicure which was amazing! It felt great and it was nice talking to my nail Tech. I had Coco. She said her name was Tracy, but there was a co-worker that also had that name, so she switched. Coco was pleasant to speak with, she did a great job removing my hang nails, and the massage was fabulous! My nails weren’t evened out, they were left at the lengths I came in at.
