If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and a wedding party went up to get their nails done called a few weeks in advance and scheduled our appointment so They could all get it done at the same time and relax and enjoy the time. They get there today lo and behold there’s only one tech doing 5 wedding nail sets. What is the point of pre-booking and I’m only using one nail tech when there’s multiple things to be done the day before a wedding and this joke of a shop I will call him. Christine was awesome as usual.
It started off good, I had a toe nail color change. When I went to get my finger nails taken care of, the technician became agitated when she was trying to understand what I wanted. So I stayed quiet for a few seconds. She then in an aggravated tone asked me the same thing again. I told them to let me borrow the nail file to show them. The female technician came over and started filling my nail aggressively. Then asked if that's what I wanted.
