It started off good, I had a toe nail color change. When I went to get my finger nails taken care of, the technician became agitated when she was trying to understand what I wanted. So I stayed quiet for a few seconds. She then in an aggravated tone asked me the same thing again. I told them to let me borrow the nail file to show them. Worst experience ever! Waited forever to get pedicure first they had my feet soak in cold water I asked if they can fix it twice and finally someone came over to just added hot water to already full tub of cold water to where water was splashing out and still very cold then waited another 15 min before someone actually came over to start pedicure and then had to have them drain water to make it hot. Not impressed won’t come back again they don’t care about customers just trying to make money for very poor service.

I went in for the first time today and I should have really read the reviews. I had 2 different people work on me. The first guy asked what i wanted i said short almond shaped nails to which he replied “Who hurt you?” He was in a hurry and couldn’t finish my nails. The second person who worked on my nails filed the mess out of them to the point of my fingers hurt. She burnt me twice!! I left with glue and paint on my nails.
