My friend and I went to this nail spa and were very unhappy. Our gel-x nails were paper thin and felt like they were from shein. The paint job was messy and the nails came off the next day. The lady was nice but terrible at her job.
They always do a wonderful job! Enjoy coming here a lot.
Great place! Clean, quiet, and amazing customer service. 2 week warranty as well with services which I have never gotten elsewhere!
I’m never one to leave a bad review but I feel like I have to share my experience in hopes the salon sees this feedback. I’ve been here before and had a good experience but I came in last Sunday for a dip manicure before my honeymoon. They started on my manicure and people kept showing up (appointments and walk-ins) that they didn’t turn away so it was getting really busy & backed up. This is such a gem of a find! I’ve gotten a pedicure and manicure here and both experiences have been great. The location is in a great spot and the salon is the cleanest I’ve ever been in. You can tell they take good care of the place. I had a manicure done by Tiffany and I will definitely be returning! She was quick, efficient and lovely to work with. Highly recommended VIP nails if you are in the area.
