Everyone at VIP is so kind and all about customer service! Tracy gave me the best manicure and pedicure of my LIFE her massages are top notch. She never skimps on time and makes me feel so relaxed when I leave. Thank you Tracy for an amazing experience!!
I’ve had a wonderful experience every time I’ve come here. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and they always do a beautiful job on my nails. The massage is so relaxing too. Even though we sometimes have a little trouble communicating because of the language barrier, everyone is always patient and does their best to help. I really appreciate their kindness and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!
I have been going here for years. I will probably try another place. Prices have gone up but service is inconsistent. The 2 young ladies to the right of me requested the same pedicure I did. The deluxe pedicure. The salon was a little busy I had to wait about 30 minutes before they started on my pedicure. The customers to my right, their pedicure started about 10-15 minutes before mine did.
