I have been going here for years. I will probably try another place. Prices have gone up but service is inconsistent. The 2 young ladies to the right of me requested the same pedicure I did. The deluxe pedicure. The salon was a little busy I had to wait about 30 minutes before they started on my pedicure. The customers to my right, their pedicure started about 10-15 minutes before mine did. Visual representation of how exactly this salon takes advantage of people. I took my daughter here on Saturday to get her nails done as a reward. Extra charge for nail designs, I understand. What I do not understand is why there is an extra charge for French tip on top of already charging for nail designs. You guys also did not ask me to cut her cuticles but did it AND charged me for it. Came in with my two daughters for myself and them for 3 pedicures. I just had a hysterectomy and needed to relax some. From start to finish it was very rushed! They just wanted to get us in and out of their chairs didn’t care about us or how we felt. Started at 11:50 am ended at 12:05. $115! We won’t come back! I’ll go to another nail place that I know cares about their customers. Do better for the people coming in and keeping yall in business!
