I don't usually leave reviews. I go to VIP for the atmosphere, as it "feels" like one of the nicer salons in town. But the last handful of times I've gone, their customer service & their excellence have definitely gone downhill. I would definitely recommend the #1 Pedicure. I think it was the number 1, lol. It comes with a massage and is very relaxing. . This was a birthday gift from my cousins, Sonya and her wife Portia. My technician came highly recommended. Thanks Natalie!

Experience was mid. A simple conversation goes a long way. Visiting here from dallas and needed to waste time so I was like yeah nails and maybe a mimosa, but if they had it wasnt offered my nail person was good at his job but thats all I can say. Nails were cute just what I liked for sure.

I went in just wanting a refill with very simple nails, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. Right away, the nail tech removed three of my nails that were perfectly fine and could have just been filed down and refilled. I didn’t ask for them to be removed. I also asked for my nails to be shorter because I’m a cheerleader and have to keep them short.
