Very slow, they thought they were moving a four bedroom house with no furniture and kept on complaining its too heavy.. Damaged stuff and didn't tell nor apologised.. Only focussed on money, sent removalists who were only doing it as side gug as their main work was closed due to christmas holidays. Complete waste of time and money....never using them again.
I booked them to move my house from Tarneit to Taylors hill. The guy asked me to message another number to confirm the pick up and drop of location and confirmed the booking from that number. I called them two days before just to confirm the time. When I called them they said they dont have a booking. I told them that I message on a different number and you confirmed me there. Took this company 3.5hrs to move 4 pieces of furniture from North Melbourne to Hoppers Crossing , said there was traffic but i came the same route and took me 30minutes .I would not recommend as they use unqualified subcontractors , subbies arent advised of hourly rate to charge or exact pickup instructions
We hired VIP Movers 2 week ago. They damaged my piano, and that costs 1200 to fix it. After talking with them, I was told I will have to pay 500 dollars as insurance claim fee, so i can get it repaired. To whoever have no idea how insurance works, even with insurance, it does not mean you don't have to pay anything for any damage. You still have to pay a big amount money if the movers damage your belongings.
