So far its been an awful and exhausting experience. I highly regret purchasing from here. Mohammad seemed nice upon finding the car we thought would be safe for our family. The car was already overpriced, which is understandable, they need to make a profit, but then the battery gave out, the check engine light came on, car overheated. Understand that you will purchase the car As Is, and it will have issues in order for them to make more money off of you. Knowledgeable, welcoming, caring, friendly, understanding and helpful are a few words to describe the staff at “VIP motors” from the top all the way down to the mechanic. My family and I were in need of a new vehicle, specifically a mini van. Sometimes the thought of buying a used car can be daunting. We initially found that car we wanted online, which saved us a lot of back and forth driving. When we got to the lot, we met Mohammed, who was very laid back, giving us the freedom to explore the car we wanted to buy with no pressure. He was honest about its faults and fair in the price.
