I attempted to get pre-approval for a VA loan from Tim, and their document management platform was easy to use. Unfortunately, my experience was far below my expectations. I was spoken over every time I was on the phone, and quickly, I was swimming in excuses as to why they couldn't get the loan done. As a real estate investor who buys houses regularly, I have exposure to a lot of mortgage lenders. I would say, save your time and find a different one.
We have had a great experience with VIP Mortgage. We would highly recommend them to friends and family.
